Terms of Service

Next College Tech Consulting Firm (NCTCfirm) provides professional technology consulting services including but not limited to:

• Web application development
• Software architecture and system design
• Technology consulting
• Platform development
• Technical support and maintenance
• Custom software solutions

The exact scope of work will be defined in individual project agreements or proposals.

Each project will have a clearly defined scope, timeline, and deliverables agreed upon by both parties before development begins.

Any additional work requested outside the original scope may require a revised agreement and additional fees.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements
• Provide necessary content, branding, and assets
• Respond to project communications in a timely manner
• Review deliverables and provide feedback promptly

Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.

Project fees, payment schedules, and milestones will be outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.

NCTCfirm may require an upfront deposit before project work begins. Failure to make payments may result in project suspension or termination.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final project deliverables will transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

NCTCfirm retains the right to use completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reasonable revisions may be included within the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

Projects may integrate third-party services such as hosting providers, APIs, payment gateways, or analytics tools. NCTCfirm is not responsible for service interruptions or changes caused by third-party providers.

Post-launch maintenance or technical support may be provided under a separate maintenance agreement unless explicitly included in the project scope.

NCTCfirm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss resulting from the use of our services.

Either party may terminate a project agreement if the other party fails to meet their obligations. Payments for completed work must be honored before termination is finalized.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
